As we approach the end of a great year, we are very pleased to be able to tell you about the latest service updates. As the client base grows, and for the third year in a row, we have been able to lower our prices and add tasty new features, and this is year is certainly no exception. We continue with our promise to give you the best promo service on the market.
All accounts now include a world map in the campaign reports. This lets you see where your promo has been received, and helps you tailor your promotion to allow more reach in certain territories and to gain greater campaign intelligence.
Updated PDF Reports
PDFs have been redesigned. You can now tailor what feedback you include and what you leave out, giving you the opportunity to pick the most positive feedback to send to your distributors, artists or whomever you may to choose. We have also updated the character support for our Russian, Chinese and Japanese clients. Deluxe and Ultimate accounts can also now export their campaign reports as spreadsheets (for Excel or Open Office).
More storage, more templates
Running out of storage space can be a pain, so we have increased the storage at every stage, starting from the standard at a 100% increase to the previous to completely unlimited for the Ultimate accounts. We’ve seen that more and more of our bigger clients are adding extra templates (for sub-labels and imprints) so we have also increased the number of inclusive templates for those accounts. Premiere plans and above now include a fully customisable email. In other words, promo campaigns sent from your account can now be sent from your own email address. This allows a more personalised approach to your promos, and more prominence in your recipients’ inboxes.
